Your Luggage

No leave-luggage service is available. Please make sure that Forum organizing body will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any loss and/or damage.

Prohibition

Recording by camera, video, mobile phone, or any other equipment are prohibited during presentation and at poster venues. Please switch off your cell-phone or set it to “Silent Mode”. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the halls on the 6th & 7th floors.

【For Chair Persons】

Please come to the front before your session starts.
During the session, you are in charge of how to proceed each presentation and time management. Please bear in mind that keeping time will facilitate smooth operation of this symposium.
Our staff will serve as a timekeeper. (A bell rings once 2 minutes before and twice at the end of each presentation, and 3 times at the end of 5-minute Q&A).

【For Presenters】

1.Time

Please follow directions given by your chair persons. Check an allocated time with the final program.

2.How

Please use your personal PC for the presentation. For any possible problem, save the data both in your hard disk and a USB memory stick in advance.
In order to check your PC performance and connection, please come to the front stage during break time just before your presentation starts.

【Selection of Poster Awards】

Scoring sheets will be given to the selected voters at the reception. The eligible posters are indicated by red ribbons under Poster Number. Please fill out the sheet and put it in a box at the reception by 16:00 Friday Jan. 12th.

【For Poster Presenters】

1.Size

A0, 841mm(width)x 1,189mm(height)as a maximum.

2.Posting ・ Removal

Poster posting, removal will be as follows. Push-pin or tape to fix posters on the board will be provided.

Posters are expected to be removed on Friday Jan 12 before 16:30.
Please remove your poster by the end of closing, otherwise, it will be disposed.

3.Poster Session

Time and Date: 18:45 – 20:30 on Jan. 11th, 13:00 – 14:00 on Jan. 12th
Venue: Meeting Room 2 or 3 on the 4th Floor

Please check your poster number. The allocated time is:
For odd numbers: 18:45 – 19:15 on Jan. 11th, 13:00 – 13:30 on Jan. 12th For even numbers: 19:15 – 19:45 on Jan 11th, 13:30 – 14:00 on Jan. 12th During this period, you may get some questions in front of your poster.

Note: A reception party is held during the poster session on Jan. 11th.

4.Poster Awards

Poster Awards will be given to the selected researchers and/or students.
